Information We Collect

Lead Boss is designed to help users manage leads, follow-ups, and related business activity. Information processed by the App may include:

• Names, phone numbers, and email addresses
• Notes and lead details
• Appointment and follow-up reminder information
• Links entered by the user, such as Messenger links, profile links, Calendly links, Zoom links, and Google Sheets links
• Images selected by the user for screenshot scanning, Facebook profile scanning, or business card scanning
• Contact information selected by the user from their device contacts
• Google account information used for Google Sheets connection, such as the connected account email address
• App settings and preferences entered by the user

This information is generally entered or selected voluntarily by the user.

How We Use Information

Lead Boss uses information only to provide the App's features and functionality, including:

• Storing and organizing leads
• Managing follow-up activities and reminders
• Scanning screenshots, profile images, and business cards to extract text
• Letting users select phone numbers from their contacts
• Connecting a user's Google account for Google Sheets sync
• Writing lead data to the specific Google Sheet chosen by the user
• Saving user settings, templates, and preferences

Local Storage on Device

Lead Boss stores lead records, settings, templates, and other app data locally on the user's device. Certain sensitive settings and credentials may be stored using secure storage available on the device.

Third-Party Services

Lead Boss uses third-party services only to provide app features requested by the user.

Data Sharing

Lead Boss only shares data with third parties when necessary to provide features the user chooses to use, including:

• Sending selected images to OCR.Space for OCR processing
• Sending authorized data to Google services when the user connects Google Sheets and chooses to sync data

Contacts Permission

If the user grants access to Contacts, Lead Boss uses that access only to help the user select contact information, such as a phone number, for a lead. Contacts are not used for advertising or tracking.

Notifications

If the user enables notifications, Lead Boss may schedule local reminders for follow-ups and appointments. Notification content is used only to remind the user about their leads and activities.

Data Retention

Locally stored information remains on the user's device until the user deletes it, removes the app, or resets saved app data. If the user enables Google Sheets sync, synced lead data may also remain in the user's Google Sheet until the user edits or deletes it there.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the App. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and users are responsible for protecting access to their own devices and accounts.

Children's Privacy

Lead Boss is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Google API Services Disclosure

Lead Boss's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the Effective Date above.
